WILL OTHER GUESTS BE ON THE TOUR WITH MY GROUP? No, this is a private tour and we can accommodate up to 8 in your party.
TOUR TIME CHANGES: If the 9am start time doesn't work with your travel schedule, please contact us and we can adjust your tour start time.
WHAT AGE CAN ATTEND? Children and Adults of all ages are welcome on the tour. Children under the age of 8 must have a car seat or booster seat. We cannot provide car seats.
MOBILITY ISSUES? Depending upon the mobility issue, we may be able to accomodate your needs. Email or call to discuss your mobility needs.
WILL MY CELL PHONE WORK? Our island is serviced by Sprint/T-Mobile, so this services provider will work for no additional fees. Other cell phone service providers, please check your coverage before coming to the island.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED: We are located on the island of St. Thomas, USVI. We do not have a physical location, just a PO Box for mailing.
CANCELLATION POLICIES: A full refund will be given when tours are cancelled within 48 hours of start time. If you fail to cancel within 48 hours, you will not receive a refund.
PICK UP/DROP OFF LOCATIONS: We will pick up and drop off our guests at their hotel, airbnb, villa or cruise ship dock.
HOW MUCH CASH SHOULD WE BRING: Average meal is $15-20. Fresh coconuts are approx $5. Average guide gratuity is 20% of the total tour cost (Venmo is available). Food trucks and some restaurants are cash only.
TIME ZONE: We are Atlantic Standard Time. This means we do not practice Daylight Savings Time. Make sure you are aware of the local time before booking your tour.
I CAN'T SWIM: No worries, we have life jackets or noodles for you to borrow. Please request these items during booking.
CRUISE SHIP Guest FAQ:
IF MY SHIP RE-ROUTES AND DOESN'T COME TO ST. THOMAS we will refund your tour 100%.
PICK UP LOCATIONS:
WICO/Havensight Cruise Ship Guests: Havensight Port: meet us at the R Bar. Exit out of the ship. With your back to the ship, head left, walking down the pier past all of the cruise ships in port. You will arrive at the beginning of the pier. Walk directly in front of the massive ship on the dock and look behind you, as this is where the R Bar is located. It’s a little bit of a walk, typically 5-10 minutes. If you have mobility issues, plan to make time for the walk.
Crown Bay Port: giant windmill at the cruise ship terminal. You’ll see the windmill from the balcony of your ship. Then at the windmill, keep your eye across the main road for your guide to pull up. Once you see them, exit the port, crossing over the Main Street. We aren’t allowed to drive into the port for pick ups.
