Coming to The USVI on a Cruise Ship?
Nervous about booking a tour outside the ship?? Don't worry, we have the expertise when working with cruise ship guests. Our owner has 15+ years working directly with the cruise ship companies and his inside knowledge will help you have a relaxing time on your next excursion. Our guests have arrived on Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Azamara, Carnival, Holland America, Disney, Princess and Norwegian, to name a few.
How To Book a Tour:
1. BOOK: You may book on-line if one of our adventures works within your time frame in port.
OR...
You may call, email or text us and we can modify the tour time to fit your time in port.
2. MEETING POINT: You will receive details of your pick up location at port via email and text message from 340-998-2467. Port info is also listed below.
3. TIME ZONE: The USVI is on Atlantic Standard Time. Half the year will are with Eastern time, but in the winter months we are 1 hour ahead as we do not participate in daylight savings time. You always verify if your ship changes to local time.
St. Thomas Ship Guests:
There are two separate cruise ship ports, but we have the details of where your ship will dock. Your cell phone should work when you arrive in St. Thomas, if you are a US traveler, but check with your local carrier. Please note that Tmobile and AT&T will work on the island without roaming charges.
WICO/Havensight Ship Guests: please walk to the fountain at The Smoking Rooster Restaurant in the cruise ship port. It is across from the Hampton Inn. Just ask any greeter or security guard for directions. (Ships that typically dock here: Carnival, Holland America, Disney)
CROWN BAY Ship Guests: Please meet us by the giant Windmill at the cruise ship terminal. You can see the windmill from the balcony of your ship. (Ships that typically dock here: Celebrity & Royal Caribbean)
St. Croix Ship Guests:
Meet us at the Frederiksted Clock Tower right at the cruise ship port.
3. HAVE FUN: Meet us at the location listed above at local time (AST) and you will have the time of your life on the US Virgin Islands! Enjoying some off-roading, learn all about the island culture, swim with sea turtles and soak up the sun with Jammin Jeep Tours and your native guide.
***IF MY SHIP RE-ROUTES AND DOES NOT COME TO ST. THOMAS or ST. CROIX: we will refund your tour 100%. You may be on your ship and not able to communicate with us regarding your ship rerouting, no problem. We know when a ship makes last minute port changes. We will automatically refund your tour if you booked directly with us, so you can travel with ease on your next vacation. If you booked with Viator/Trip Advisor, we will request a refund and they will disburse that for you within 7-10 business days.
